VETERANS
A new exemption is available for disabled veterans. For those who qualify, it is a total exemption from the property taxes on their homestead. There are two sets of criteria. To qualify, the veteran must meet all of the critera in one of the two sets of criteria.
    • 1. The property must be the veteran's residence
    • 2. Disability must be service connected
    • 3. 100% Disability Rating
    • 4. Receiving 100% compensation

      OR
        • 1. The property must be the veteran's residence
        • 2. Disability must be service connected
        • 3. Rated unemployable
        • 4. Receiving 100% compensation
